In search of peace and break from the chaos, I started to do the work and embark on the journey of self love and deepening my relationship with God. On the brink of my 30th birthday I felt healed for the first time. Happy and confident as I've ever been. The best shape I've ever been, not just physically but emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. I decided to celebrate 30 because I was proud of my growth, overcoming intrusive suicidal thoughts, and excited for what's to come. Only to lose my baby sister 48 hours prior to the very intrusive suicidal thoughts that she couldn't overcome.
